Meet the Team
NetXpress is a low latency focused managed service provider, dedicated to creating custom, resilient solutions for financial clients across the globe.
Founded by Moshe Siegel and Scott Feagans, two industry veterans.
In an era of service provider consolidation, with competing firms being owned by exchanges or banking consortiums, NetXpress is proud to be independent of any other market participant. We offer an open and neutral service platform whose top priority is to expertly service the critical needs of your trading environment.
Scott has 15+ years of experience specializing in low latency managed services, direct market access, and network infrastructures.
Part of the pioneering 7ticks team, he helped grow that business from a small start-up in the early 2000’s into a multi-million dollar market leader within the managed service space.
Moshe has 10+ years of experience leading complex IT operations and business teams.
Previously the VP of Global Operations at 7ticks, which he joined in 2009, Moshe has a proven track record of expertly managing and supporting both client and datacenter operations across financial centers globally.
Manager, Business Development
Anna’s technology background in hardware infrastructure eventually brought her to 7ticks (originally her client) in 2014, where she expertly managed key client relationships across North America, EMEA and APAC. Her diverse knowledge base propelled the strategic growth of revenues within multiple business units and product lines. Now responsible for NetXpress business development initiatives, Anna brings a unique and innovative approach to both client and product expansion efforts.
Craig began his career at Goldman Sachs in 2003 working in the European Listed Derivatives team in London and then for the Goldman Sachs Execution & Clearing division in Chicago – completing his Series 7 and 63.
He went on to join 7ticks in 2009 and helped grow revenues and the physical expansion into multiple new global co-location facilities and markets. His expertise spans the entire trading stack from back office to front office trading technology.
Mike started his career as an options trader in 2003, but soon left his position on the trading desk to develop financial software. Over the 15 years that followed, Mike was a top contributor of code, thought leadership, and strategy implementation for the most sophisticated commercial and proprietary high-frequency trading systems in the world.
Mike’s expertise matured beyond software to the entire technology stack throughout his professional lifetime, as he sought performance gain from every aspect of the underlying infrastructure. His clear vision and focus on agility keeps NetXpress a step ahead of all other Managed Service Providers.
